Hilltop Bar-B-Que is a landmark business centered between Truman Lake and the Lake of the Ozarks. We've been serving traditional pit-smoked hickory BBQ for 60 years, with the Griffin family owning and operating Hilltop for the past 26 years — with one goal: good food at a reasonable price in a clean, family-friendly atmosphere.
